PCPOA General Business Meeting 10/27/01

The PCPOA Fall Social was held on Saturday October 27, 2001. All current 2001 board members were present as well as an additional fifteen adults and twenty children. The food was great, the socializing was fun, the costumes were original, and all who attended had a good time.

A PCPOA General Business Meeting was called to order at approximately 6:00pm. Current board members Bill Powell, Brad Redwine, Sharon Bolen, Bruce Phillipoom, Catherine Metasis and Rhoda Morell were present and the following items were presented to the group: nomination and election of three new board members for 2002, dues for 2002, any other business.

The three current board members not wishing to serve in 2002 were Sharon Bolen, Catherine Mitseas, and Rhoda Morell. Volunteers stepping forward to replace these individuals are Bob Miller (Treasurer), Dolores Cantor (Social Director) and Kim Dunbar (Social Director). Bruce Phillipoom and Tom Bolen volunteered to serve as needed for any ad hoc projects.

The dues for 2002 were discussed. Suggestions ranged from $75 to $225. It was decided that the amount of $100 would be the membership fee for 2002.

There were no other items of business discussed. Meeting adjourned at 6:30pm.
