The board meeting convened on Sunday 12/05/99 at 6:00PM in the home of Bill
Powell. Prior meeting minutes were read and approved for the record.The previous proposed budget was revised as follows:

| TOTAL | $4515.00 |
The budget was approved by all board members contingent upon adequate
membership dollars to support all line items. If adequate dollars are not forthcoming then the budget will be revised/adjusted downward accordingly.A discussion was held on creating a neighborhood web-site with the intention of enhancing/improving communication in the neighborhood. A listing of suggestions was made as to content. Steve Urgo has volunteered to help "launch" the site with a date of February being the goal. The following is suggested content:Suggestion Box

A general discussion was also held as to specific improvement projects for the neighborhood with the following being offered:
Upgrade/replace Pemberton Creek signage
Upgrade/replace street signage
Upgrade/replace speed limit signage
Some type of common neighborhood plantings
Suggestions were also made as to individual property owner improvements as follows:
Dead/downed trees removed
Deed restriction compliance
Fences repaired/painted
Animal control
