The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. on December 10, 2000 at the home of Bill Powell. In attendance was Bill Powell, Sharon Bolen, and Bruce Phillipoom. 

Old business: 

The entrance maintenance increased from $90.00 to $130.00 per month due to the new planting at the first entrance. It was suggested to seek new bids from landscaping contractors. Sharon, Bruce and Bill will ask their lawn services to bid on the project. Report due by the next meeting. 

Budget: 

Approximately $3,500.00 remaining. 

New Business: 

Discussion on 2001 Fixed Cost and projects. Fixed costs were defined and listed:

Dues: 

Board discussed dues for 2001 which will remain 100.00. It is anticipated that the PCPOA will have 41 members for a total amount of $4,100.00. When fixed costs are deducted from the total it will leave the association with $1,100.00 to allocate for other projects. When this is combined with current reserves the total will be $4,600.00. A dues letter will be delivered after January 1st, 2001. Deadline for dues is February 15, 2001. It was suggested and affirmed that the board would allocate a fixed amount to upcoming capital project needs such as the second entrance/bulletin board area and the third entrance repair project. The board will include a space in the dues letters allowing for residents to select a project and contribute additional monies above and beyond dues if they so desire. Residents will also be asked to contribute time towards the projects on a voluntary basis. After the board received feedback from the dues letters a determination will be made to go forward. 

Social Events: 

Spring social is set for March 24th. Fall social is set for October 27th. The business meeting will be held in advance (one hour) of the fall social.
