The Pemberton Creek Property Owners Association, Inc. serves the Pemberton Creek neighborhood in a variety of ways including: promoting communication among residents via meetings, newsletters, social events, and this web page; preserving property values by monitoring new construction for deed restriction compliance; maintaining common areas of landscaping and lighting; promoting safety via the neighborhood watch program; and representing the neighborhood to county government and other community agencies. The Pemberton Creek Property Owners Association is a volunteer organization and no director or committee member receives compensation for their service to the community.
