The third board meeting convened on 1/15/00 at Bill Powell's home with the following persons present:

Prior meetings minutes( 12/05/99) were read and approved with two changes noted. The proposed budget was increased for postage/office supplies@ $100.00 and Pemberton Pride Month dates were corrected to read 3/15/00 -4/15/00. The membership dues notice/proposed budget was presented by Sharon Bolen. Distribution was to made by S.Bolen, Gail Broda, and Brad Redwine beginning immediately. Delores Cantor was asked if she could help with this process and she agreed.Steve Urgo was present to discuss the Web site. New additions to the web site have been added by Bill P. and Steve U. Background pictures taken in the neighborhood serve as "wallpaper". In the secure section, accessible only by special user id and password, is the name and address directory along with pictures of homes.  A discussion was had with regard to the 3 bids received for maintenance of the common areas. Of the bids received the lowest was from Springer Lawn Care at $1080 annually with no initial clean up charges. The board approved Springer Lawn Care as the provider of this service. Springer Lawn Care will be contacted and asked to begin the service as soon as possible. Monthly bills are to be mailed to the treasurer for payment.
