The PCPOA serves the Pemberton Creek neighborhood in a variety of ways including: promoting communication among residents via meetings, newsletters, social events, and the PembertonCreek.org web page. The PCPOA preserves property values by monitoring new construction for deed restriction compliance, maintaining common areas of landscaping and lighting, promoting safety via the neighborhood watch program, and representing the neighborhood to county government and other community agencies. The Pemberton Creek Property Owners Association is a volunteer organization.
