The PCPOA Board meeting convened at 6:00PM on Sunday 9/17/00 at the home of Bill Powell. The members present were Bill Powell, Sharon Bolen, Brad Redwine, and Gail Broda. The prior meeting minutes were read and approved. 

The following items were discussed

PEMBERTON ENTRANCE SIGN PROJECT

Sign was installed on 9/11/00. Landscape planting and irrigation installition are the next items to be completed. Costs are : Sign - $1900 (paid), Irrigation - $1224 (quote), Landscape - $1300 (estimated), Lighting - $400 (estimated). Tree trimming was done by Bill Powell and Tom Bolen. 

OCTOBER SOCIAL

Date of 10/28/00 was determined and the site is to be the home of Jim and Rhoda White - 2906 Pemberton Creek Dr. Start time is to be 4:30PM. Attendees are requested to RSVP by 10/22 to Gail Broda. Sign posting on Web and on bulletin board by or before 10/01/00. Business meeting to be held at the social. Items of discussion to be: 

1. Accomplishments in 2000. 
2. Plans for 2001. Some suggested plans are the renovation of the two remaining sign/common areas, crepe myrtle plantings throughout the neighborhood. 
3. New board members or at least volunteers for ad hoc duties/projects (esp. social functions). 
4. Dues for 2001. Vote to be taken at meeting to determine amount and due date for dues. 
5. Treasurers report of financial condition. Distribution of material from Jean Derazio re. Pemberton Creek Drainage Improvements by the county. 

The meeting adjourned at 7:15PM. The next board meeting is to be 10/22/00 at the home of Bill Powell
